Mr. Di Salvo is a director in the Management Consulting and System Delivery practices of DMR Consulting.  In addition to his consulting activities, he participates in the development of DMR’s signature product, DMR Macroscope. He led the development of the latest system delivery approach and is currently directing efforts to streamline and enhance the strategic planning, enterprise architecture and program management components. 

 

Mr. Di Salvo’s current emphases are business architecture and program management, helping organizations to successfully manage complex change that integrates major business improvements with enabling technologies.
